What the Zoom status covers
Zoom reports each product separately and several of them by region: Meetings, Chat, Phone (North America, EMEA, APAC, Latin America, Japan), Zoom CX, Rooms, the website and the developer platform.
The official page is zoomstatus.com. Everything on this page is read from its public API and shown as declared, with the provider's own wording in incident titles and updates.
Zoom not working for you, but no incident shown?
- Check the product and region. A Zoom Phone incident in one region does not affect Meetings, and the other way round.
- If you cannot join one meeting while others work, the cause is usually the meeting settings, such as a waiting room, a passcode or sign-in restricted to a company domain.
- Choppy audio or video with every component green is nearly always the local network. Zoom has a test meeting at zoom.us/test.
- Wait a few minutes and look again. Status pages are updated by people and usually trail the start of a problem.
- Test from another network, such as a phone hotspot. If it works there, the cause is on your connection, VPN or DNS.
Want to follow Zoom without opening this page? There is a status badge and an RSS feed for it, and you can pin it so the browser tab icon follows its state.

Questions and answers
Is Zoom down right now?
The answer at the top of this page is the state Zoom declares on zoomstatus.com, re-read every 9 minutes. It is loaded when the page opens, so it is not written into this text. If the page shows "No data", open zoomstatus.com directly.
Where does this Zoom status come from?
From the public status API of https://www.zoomstatus.com, the official status page maintained by Zoom. This site does not test Zoom itself and does not use reports from users.
Zoom is not working for me, but this page says there is no incident. Why?
Zoom may not have declared the problem yet, since status pages are updated by people and usually lag by some minutes. The problem can also be limited to one region or feature, or be on your own network or account. The checks listed on this page help to tell these cases apart.
Zoom shows an incident but my meetings work. Why?
Zoom lists hundreds of components across products and regions. An incident in one of them, for example Zoom Phone in a single region, raises the overall state even though Meetings are unaffected. The incident title on this page says which product is concerned.
How long do Zoom incidents last?
It varies by incident. The list of recent incidents on this page shows the declared start and resolution of each one, and the 90-day strip shows on which days Zoom declared a problem.
