Notion reports login and user accounts, viewing and editing content, databases, search, notifications, the Notion API, its AI features and the desktop and mobile apps as separate components.

Notion not working for you, but no incident shown?

- Integrations and automations use the Notion API component and can fail while the app works for people.
- The desktop app keeps a local cache. If it shows stale content while the web version is current, reloading the app (Ctrl or Cmd + R) forces a fresh fetch.
- Wait a few minutes and look again. Status pages are updated by people and usually trail the start of a problem.
- Test from another network, such as a phone hotspot. If it works there, the cause is on your connection, VPN or DNS.
